Week 9 Workout

Another week down. For some reason my quads are on this fire week! When Friday rolled around I looked at the board to notice we were doing 100 step ups on each leg...ohhhh...the agony.... :) Eating 5 times a day seems to be working well. I'm incorporating a lot of fruit and veggies. I'm looking forward to my next body comp. I think it's another 3 weeks before that happens.
